The Office of Economic Empowerment provides a number of programs geared toward women+ of the Commonwealth, covering financial literacy, wage equality, and more.
Under Treasurer Deborah B. Goldberg, the Office of Economic Empowerment (OEE) focuses on creating and implementing programs and initiatives that give women+ the tools they need to succeed at home and in the workplace. We do our best to bring quality workshops and opportunities for women+ to learn strategies for financial success, in addition to free resources.
In 2022, the Office of Economic Empowerment launched the Worth & Wealth Seminars. A program sponsored by Citizens Bank, the virtual workshop series brings together women+ of all backgrounds to participate in a five-week innovative financial empowerment experience.
