While you may make an anonymous complaint, please consider that without your contact information, our team may not be able to complete the investigation. If you wish to remain anonymous, please provide detailed information for our investigators to understand and follow. This is the only opportunity to convey the information that will allow us to review your complaint. By law, all OIG records – including your tips and complaints – are confidential and are not subject to Massachusetts public records law. In addition, the OIG will not share your name or contact information without your consent.
