You can make an anonymous complaint 24 hours a day. Please consider providing your name and contact information to allow us to follow up if we need to. In many cases, if we can't follow up with you, we may not be able to do a complete review of your complaint.
Under Massachusetts law, all OIG records – including your tips and complaints – are confidential and exempt from Public Records Law. In some cases, it may be necessary to refer your complaint to a more suitable agency or work with another agency to resolve your complaint. Even so, your name will not be disclosed without your written consent or unless you check the box below authorizing the OIG to forward your name and contact information.
