State House Loading Dock Access

Fill in this form to request access to the loading dock for an event or to make a delivery. Requests can only be submitted by state employees.

You will need:

  • A state-issued email address

Loading dock access has to be scheduled in advance for security reasons. Use this form to notify us if vendors need to make deliveries. Only submissions made with a state email address will be accepted. If you don’t have a state email address, please contact your event sponsor or the office expecting the delivery and they can complete the form for you.
