Requesting Benefit Forms In MAGIC

This guide demonstrates how GIC Coordinators for HR/CMS and municipal agencies​ can request benefit forms for GIC members using MAGIC.

Instructions

The following methods to request benefit forms for members should only be used if the member cannot access the MyGICLink member benefits portal or GIC online forms.

Please refer state and municipal employees to make benefit changes using the MyGICLink member benefits portal.

If a member cannot access the MyGICLink member benefits portal, please refer them to the GIC Online Forms.
