  1. Applicability of Requirement

    You are required to submit an annual report summarizing your on-site recycling, composting, or conversion activity and tonnages to MassDEP if:

    • You own or operate a small transfer station that receives less than 50 tons of waste per day.

    Submitting this report will satisfy the annual certification requirements of 310 CMR 16.04.
