The Details
How to apply
- Download a bonus application from the list below.
- Fill out bonus application
- Include a copy of your DD214 long version showing character of service (block 24 or block 26)
- If you are still currently serving and do not have a dd214 provide documentation showing when and where you entered the military and deployments if available
- Include document showing that you were a resident in Massachusetts before entering the military, if it is not listed as your home of record on your dd214:
- Accepted document (high school diploma, w2, lease, etc.)
- Include document showing that you were a resident in Massachusetts before entering the military, if it is not listed as your home of record on your dd214:
- Mail application and documents to:
