The Department of Labor Standards has discontinued walk-ins and use of the lead&asbestosenforcement@mass.gov email to submit applications. For questions, you may email Lead&asbestosenforcement@mass.gov.

Asbestos Abatement Contractor: $2,050 annual
Supervisor: $225 annual
Management Planner: $625 annual
Inspector: $625 annual
Project Designer: $625 annual
Project Monitor: $625 annual
Analytical Services: $750 annual
Training Provider: $1,750 annual
Asbestos Abatement Worker License: $75 annual
Asbestos Abatement Duplicate License: $45 per License
Asbestos Abatement Duplicate Certification: $45 per Certification
Asbestos Consulting Firm: $1500 annual

Incomplete applications or not submitting all required supporting documents will delay the review process and may result in your license being renewed after its expiration date. Your renewed license will be emailed to the address provided on the application.
