Features for Contracting
The Contract Management team will provide contract review and consultation with the requester prior to drafting or amending an existing contract. After an initial consultation, the team will work with the vendor to draft and finalize an enterprise-level contract or amendment and provide the requester with regular status updates. The team will meet with the vendor and requester on a regular basis until an agreement is met and the document can be submitted for signatures.
