MassHire BizWorks Mini Clinics

The MassHire BizWorks Mini Clinics are courses for all Commonwealth of Massachusetts staff and partner agencies who engage with businesses.  Other staff who would benefit from taking any of these courses are welcome to register.

These ongoing trainings will focus on multi-faceted workforce development, economic development, and education services that agencies offer to businesses.  Training in various business engagement strategies will also be offered. The trainings are designed to increase understanding of and referrals to BizWorks programs and services.  

These are not required trainings, but rather optional opportunities to learn and improve your understanding of state and federal resources and programs that are available to Massachusetts businesses.  There will also be trainings focused on customer service skills and how to effectively engage with businesses.   

Pre-requisite: Most trainings will not require pre-requisites.

Register for any training that you are interested in.
