MOSES Reporting

Report trainings that will provide guidance and best practices on various Reports available.  These sessions are open training sessions to help clarify a stronger understanding of available resources and reports.

The Crystal Reports Support sessions (CRS) are a 1 and ½ hour open session for internal staff to get support from MDCS staff with running, editing, and writing adhoc Crystal Reports against the MOSES database.

Topics can include:  downloading and running Crystal Reports from the state Crystal Reports Project page, exporting reports, writing record selection criteria, table joining, assistance with the MOSES data structure and finding where data is stored, as well as general advice with running, editing, exporting, and/or creating your own reports.

Prerequisites: Must currently have MOSES access, Crystal Reports access, and active adhoc reporting rights.

Agenda items for the Crystal Report Support Sessions (CRS) are accepted beforehand or during the first part of the meeting. 

In lieu of agenda items at CRS, a basic introductory report-writing presentation will be delivered live.
