Reinstate an individual real estate license

You will need: 

  • License number
  • License expiration date
  • Social Security number

Reinstate a real estate business license

You will need:

  • Business License Number
  • License expiration date
  • Broker of Record name
  • Broker of Record license number
  • Broker of Record Social Security number
  • Notary-confirmed identification (Passport, state-issued driver's license, military ID, state-issued ID card) 

Reinstate a real estate school license

You will need:

  • School license number
  • School license expiration date
  • Owner name
  • Authorized representative name
  • Owner Social Security number
  • Notary-confirmed identification (Passport, state-issued driver's license. military ID, state-issued ID card)

  • Email address
  • License number and type
