The Details   of Renew your Elevator Mechanic or Operator License

What you need   for Renew your Elevator Mechanic or Operator License

To renew your license, either 

- Complete the online application. Renewal is available online 60-days prior to your license expiration date. 

- Print, complete and mail-in the renewal form sent to you by email 60 days prior to your license expiration date. 

A certificate of Continuing Education completion must be submitted with the renewal application. 8 hours of Continuing Education are required. For a list of approved Schools, see this page.

Licenses not renewed by their expiration date shall become void and shall after one year be reinstated only by a new application and re-examination of the licensee if required.

Fees   for Renew your Elevator Mechanic or Operator License

Application fees are non-refundable. If applying by mail, submit a check or money order only. Do NOT mail cash.
