- Submitting requests via the ESORI Portal requires specific information such as FIRST NAME, LAST NAME and DATE of BIRTH

To send your request by mail:

Print and complete the Sex Offender Inquiry Form.
Mail your completed form to:

You can request sex offender information at your local city or town police station. You’ll need to:

Bring valid I.D

Fill out a sex offender request form

Give your name, address, and reason for your request
Through this form you can find out if a specific person is a sex offender (either by name, or by identifying information).
You can also find out if any sex offenders live, work or study:

in a specific city or town
-
at a specific street address (the address must be in the same city or town as the police department)

in a specific area code

Members of the public can only access information about Level 2 and Level 3 offenders.
The online database only has information for Level 2 offenders classified after July 12, 2013, and Level 3 offenders. For a complete list of Level 2 offenders, contact your local police department.
