What you need   for Requirements to qualify on Mass ETPL

MassHire DCS (MDCS) will review your application for the following to determine overall financial stability and programmatic capacity:

  • Licensure, Accreditation, or Exemption from Licensure
  • Non-Massachusetts based providers must appear on their home state’s Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) or meet their home state’s equivalence of the requirements listed here
  • No outstanding citations from the Office of the Attorney General, Fair Labor Practice, or Consumer Protection Division within the prior 5 years
  • No willful or repeat violations issued by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
  • An active workers’ compensation insurance policy
  • No State or Federal debarment
  • Certificate of Good Standing from the Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Assistance (DUA)
  • Certificate of Good Standing from the Massachusetts Department of Revenue (DOR)

Note: MDCS can remove your approved status anytime during the year if you fall out of compliance.

How to apply   Requirements to qualify on Mass ETPL

Complete the MassHire TrainingPro Application.

You will be asked to provide the following information:
+ Your organization's name
+ If it is "doing business as" and that name
+ Federal identification number (FEIN)
+ Massachusetts vendor code
+ DET identification number
+ Address
+ Annual revenue
+ Parent company - if your organization is a subsidiary of a larger company
+ Website address
+ Primary and Secondary Contact information
