If your organization wants to hold a one-day collection event or install a permanent kiosk, you need to apply for a waiver.
Most applications are approved within one week or less.

Before collecting waste medications from private residents, your municipality or organization needs to apply for a waiver from state hazardous waste management requirements.

How to apply

    Note: You may fill out and save Microsoft Word forms on your computer. PDF versions have to be printed out and completed by hand.
