REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
LEGAL SERVICES
The Adams Contributory Retirement Board is seeking proposals from qualified Legal Services Firms and/or Attorneys specializing in providing legal services/advice to Massachusetts Public Employee Defined Benefit Plans governed under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 32 and Regulations of the Massachusetts Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission 840 CMR.
The RFP will be available on July 17, 2025, and may be obtained by emailing bflynn@adamsretirement.com
The proposal’s deadline is Monday August 18, 2025, at 4:00 P.M. EST. Late proposals will not be accepted.
The Adams Contributory Retirement System reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all proposals in the best interest of the System.
