Notice of Meeting
The Office of the Attorney General, through its Insurance and Financial Services
Division (IFSD), is holding a follow-up meeting to discuss ways to facilitate compliance
and/or further improve existing standards for workers’ compensation insurance
prescription claim pricing protocols and processing under G.L. c. 152 (Chapter 152),
including (but not limited to) improving the efficacy and efficiency of existing processes
and standards governing the processing and billing of prescription drug charges under
Chapter 152. This meeting is not a regulatory promulgation proceeding, but information
gathered and discussed may be used in making suggestions to other agencies or the
Legislature relating to the standards for prescription processing, pricing, and payment. A
