The Attleboro Contributory Retirement System is conducting an open-end, diversified core real estate manager search under the guidance of its investment consultant, Seth Lynn. The Plan has approximately $215 million in total assets. The amount of this search is $10 million. All proposals will be evaluated by the investment consultant and recommendations will be made to the Plan. The final decision will be made by the Retirement Board.
