Bristol County Retirement Board Request for Proposal

Custodial Services

The Board of Trustees of the Bristol County Retirement System (“Board”) is considering the procurement of a qualified bank or financial institution to provide institutional domestic custodial services. The Fund is valued at approximately $1.06 billion and is currently comprised of two separately managed portfolios (one equity and one fixed income) and fifty-two “pooled” portfolios.

Individual contracts will be awarded and stated in accordance with M.G.L. Ch. 32 and all applicable guidelines administered by the Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission (“PERAC”). The Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals at its discretion. 

The Board is utilizing a Requestfor Proposal process.  The Chief Procurement Officer is Roxanne Donovan, Executive Director.  The Board will also use the services of Segal Marco Advisors as its search consultant on this project.  Please direct questions pertaining to the Request for Proposal via email only to bostonrfp@segalmarco.com.
