The Bristol County Retirement System is seeking proposals from qualified individuals/firms to provide legal services, as needed, consistent with MGL Chapter 32 and Commonwealth of Massachusetts Regulations 840 CMR-Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission (PERAC).
The request for proposal will be available on September 23, 2025 at 8:30 AM EST. Complete original hard copies and electronic copies of responses to this Request for Proposal must be received no later than October 15, 2025, at noon, EST. Late proposals will be rejected.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
