REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
LEGAL SERVICES
The Chicopee Contributory Retirement Board is seeking proposals from qualified Legal Services Firms and/or Attorneys specializing in providing legal services/advise to Massachusetts Public Employee Defined Benefit Plans governed under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 32 and Regulations of the Massachusetts Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission 840 CMR.
The RFP will be available on July 7, 2025, and may be obtained by emailing agomes@chicopeema.gov.
The proposal’s deadline is Friday, August 1, 2025, at 4:00 P.M. EST. Late proposals will not be accepted.
The Chicopee Contributory Retirement System reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all proposals in the best interest of the System.
