The Disciplinary Actions Report contains a summary of recent disciplinary action taken by each of the professional licensing boards. The spreadsheet reflects all disciplinary actions, whether through a complaint or field inspection, issued during the current calendar year and is updated quarterly, typically within the first week of the new quarter. Five years of historical disciplinary action are compiled into one spreadsheet for each year. For older information or information regarding a specific disciplinary action, please submit a public records request.
Please be advised that the Disciplinary Actions Report does not include license suspensions for failure to pay child support or matters involving an emergency suspension implemented via a summary suspension procedure.
