Duplicate license/change of address/change of name requests: Landscape Architects

The Board is no longer accepting paper applications.

The move to our new licensing system, eLIPSE, has begun for this board.

All licensing functions for this board are now disabled in ePLACE. The new eLIPSE system is expected to be available on Monday,  March 30th. 

Important Points to be aware of before you start:

Legal name change requires uploading a copy of the court document or marriage certificate etc. and surrender of the old license to the Board office. If unable to upload the documents, mail in or fax to 617-727-9932 and attach the application ID reference number to the document.
