Preventing and Addressing Workplace Discrimination
This course covers the following topics: disparate treatment, harassment, disability accommodations, religious accommodations, and pregnancy accommodations. This is perfect for all staff members, supervisors, and HR professionals who do not have a background in anti-discrimination law. This course includes only an overview of sexual harassment and should not be used to fulfill a sexual harassment training requirement.
Staff training: 3 hours | $40/person | $800 minimum
Management training: 4 hours | $60/person | $1200 minimum
Employment Discrimination - Refresher
This refresher course is perfect for all staff members, supervisors, and HR professionals who have taken MCAD’s “Preventing and Addressing Workplace Discrimination” within the last year. During this 90 min. session we will review the content covered in our 3-hour training through an interactive game. This training is not suitable for new employees or employees who have not taken “Preventing and Addressing Workplace Discrimination.”
