Passive U.S. Small Cap Growth Equity

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Retirement Board members (the “Board”) of the Falmouth Retirement System (the “System”) are seeking Requests for Proposal from investment management firms to manage up to 6.25% of the System’s defined benefit plan in a Passive U.S. Small Cap Growth Equity product.  The dollar allocation will be determined as a percentage of the portfolio market value at the time of funding but the Board expects the allocation to be between $15 and $20 million.  Total assets of the System were approximately $235 million as of March 31, 2026 as reported by the custodian.  The Board will consider pooled funds and separately managed accounts for this mandate.

The selected manager(s) must have familiarity with, and agree to comply with the relevant components of Massachusetts G.L. Chapter 32 and Chapter 176 of the Acts of 2011 and all applicable investment guidelines administered by PERAC.

Proposals are due on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST.
