8.830 acres sold to Grafton under sale partnership model on August 16,2019. Proposed is a mixed use transit-oriented development including residential and retail space, consisting of 316 residential rental units, and 11,340 square foot retail village with associated parking and appurtenances. Twenty-five percent (25%) of the housing units, or a total of 79 units, will be restricted as affordable housing for income-eligible tenants.
