The Gardner Retirement Board ("Board seeking proposals from qualified individuals/firms to provide legal services consistent with MOL Chapter 32 and Commonwealth of Massachusetts Regulations 840 CMR-Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission. The request for proposal will be available on May 1, 2025. Completed original, hard copies and electronic copies of the RFP must be received no later than 4:00 pm EST on Thursday, May 15, 2025. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Request for a copy of the RFP should be sent to:
