The Gloucester Retirement System is seeking proposals from qualified Legal Service Firms and/or Attorneys with specific experience representing Massachusetts Public Pension Systems governed by the provisions of MGL Chapter 32 and Regulations of Massachusetts Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission 840 CMR.
The Board reserves the right to reject in whole or part any and all proposals in the best interest of the Gloucester Retirement System.
The Request for Proposal for Legal Services will be available Wednesday, September 17, 2025.
The proposal deadline is Friday, October 17, 2025, at 4:30 EST. Late proposals will not be accepted.
