PUBLIC NOTICE
This Request for Proposal is being issued by Wainwright Investment Counsel, LLC (“Wainwright”) on behalf of the Haverhill Retirement System (the “System”), which is seeking proposals from investment management firms to manage $18 - $25 million of the System’s defined benefit plan in a U.S. Small Cap Value Equity manager. Total assets of the System were reported by the custodian to be approximately $314 million as of June 30, 2025.

The selected manager(s) must have familiarity with, and agree to comply with the relevant components of Massachusetts G.L. Chapter 32 and Chapter 176 of the Acts of 2011 and all applicable investment guidelines administered by PERAC.
Proposals are due on Friday, October 24, 2025 at 2:00 PM EST.
