Lowell Retirement Board is considering the procurement of a qualified bank or financial institution to provide institutional custodial/master trust services. Individual contracts will be awarded and stated in accordance with M.G.L. Ch. 32 and all applicable investment guidelines administered by the Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission (“PERAC”). The Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals at its discretion.
Proposal must be received prior to 11:00 a.m. EST on April 4, 2025. Proposals will not be accepted after the closing date and time. To obtain a copy of the RFP please email Shannon Dowd at sdowd@lowellma.gov.
