MAGIC allows GIC Coordinators to:
  • View employee roster (Agency Insured Report)
  • View employees registered for the MyGICLink member benefits portal
  • Receive news and alerts
  • Request benefit forms for GIC members
  • View invoices, GASB report, and add newly hired employees (Municipal and offline agencies only)
  • View yearly July 1st premium/rate change report (offline agencies only)

Login Instructions

HRCMS, UMass, Offline, and Municipal Coordinators log into MAGIC

MAGIC Access for New Coordinators

HRCMS agencies: Contact the security officer at your agency to request access for that person to the MAGIC system through ServiceNow.
Offline and Municipal agencies: Contact the GIC at magic.help@mass.gov to request access.

Update Agency Address, Coordinator Email and Phone

Log in to the MAGIC system and select the Admin tab to edit agency information
