REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Malden Retirement Board (“Board seeking proposals from qualified individuals/firms to provide legal services consistent with MGL Chapter 32 and Commonwealth of Massachusetts Regulations 840 CMR-Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission.
Completed original, hard copies and electronic copies of the RFP must be received no later than 1:00 p.m. EST onSeptember 1, 2025. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
