The Marblehead Retirement Board is seeking proposals from qualified individuals/firms to provide legal services consistent with MGL Chapter 32 and Commonwealth of Massachusetts Regulations 840 CMR-Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission.
The request for proposal will be available on 10/02/2025. Completed original, hard copies and electronic copies of the RFP must be received no later than 12:00 pm EST on 11/14/2025. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
