MEMA Framingham Energy and Water Upgrades

This project included replacement of the building management system, unitary HVAC equipment, the air handling unit, and building generators. Work also included the installation of LED lights with occupancy sensors, exhaust and return fan motors, low flow water fixtures, variable volume air distribution with CO2 sensors, real time metering, and a solar canopy in the parking lot.
