Legal Services
The Methuen Retirement Board is requesting qualification statements from recognized law
firms and individual attorneys within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts interested in
providing legal services for matters involving the Methuen Retirement System in
accordance with Chapter 32 of the General Laws of Massachusetts and Commonwealth of
Massachusetts Regulations 840 CMR – Public Employee Retirement Administration
Commission.
A request for proposal may be obtained by emailing kdoucette@ci.methuen.ma.us.
Proposals must be emailed and transmitted no later than June 6, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Late
proposals will not be evaluated.
