The Montague Retirement Board “Board” is seeking proposals from qualified individuals/firms to provide legal services consistent with MGL Chapter 32 and Commonwealth of Massachusetts Regulations 840 CMR – Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission.
The request for proposal will be available on December 1, 2025. Completed original, hard copies, and electronic copies of the RFP must be received no later than 12pm EST on December 16, 2025. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
