Annual FY23 SAFEPLAN Report
SAFEPLAN is Massachusetts’s civil court advocacy program that has served domestic and sexual violence victims for the past 28 years. During FY23, SAFEPLAN Advocates served 10,822 new clients across all courts, made 13,190 total client contacts, and provided 35,517 referrals to other community-based services.
