MSAC event license application

Find the event license application below.

Event dates should be applied for through the IPS portal.

Please contact MSAC Administration if you have questions when using this portal.  In addition, your promoter's license must be active for your application date to be requested and approved.

The following must be submitted each time you apply for an event date: Applicable fee: $10 amateur/ $75 professional, copy of bond, capacity inspection Certificate from the venue, and contract if televised.
