The National Youth in Transition Database (NYTD) program is a collection of data obtained by a survey of a pre-determined sample of youth and young adults who have experienced foster care at ages 17, 19 and 21.

The NYTD Survey

The NYTD survey addresses such topics as relationships, education, healthcare, and employment. The data collected helps to improve the child welfare system.  If you are 17, 19, or 21 and have been asked to participate in the survey, please access the survey via the link below or call (617) 748-2232 to get started.   Youth and young adults who are in the pre-determined sample selected to take the survey and choose to participate are eligible to receive a gift card incentive.
