REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The New Bedford Retirement Board is seeking proposals from qualified individuals/firms to provide legal services consistent with MGL Chapter 32 and Commonwealth of Massachusetts Regulations 840 CMR - Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission.
The request for proposal will be available on Monday, May 19, 2025. A completed originalsubmission, six (6) hard copies and electronic record (flash drive) of the RFP must be received no later than 4PM pm EST on June 20, 2025. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
