The Supreme Judicial Court (SJC) Committee to Study SJC Rule 3:03 invites comments on proposed amendments to SJC Rule 3:03, which governs law student practice before the Massachusetts courts. The proposed amended SJC Rule 3:03 and a document providing background and a description of the proposed amended rule are available at the links below. Comments should be emailed to 303Committee@jud.state.ma.us or mailed to Chip Phinney, Supreme Judicial Court, John Adams Courthouse, One Pemberton Square, Boston, MA 02108, on or before Friday, May 24, 2024 (please note that this is an extension of the comment period). Comments received will be available to the public.
