To the members and retirees of the Adams Retirement System:
Notice of Election
Election Date: June 16, 2025
Purpose
To elect a member of the Adams Retirement Board in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 32,840 CMR 7.00. Board Members are paid an annual stipend of $3000.
Term of Office
Effective July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028.
Candidates
Eligible candidates include all active members and retirees of the Adams Retirement System.
Nomination Papers
Any active member or retiree of the Adams Retirement System may qualify as a candidate by filing with the Adams Retirement Board Office a nomination form containing the signatures and addresses of at least twenty (20) members or retirees of the Adams Retirement System.

The last day to submit nomination papers is April 30, 2025, 12:00pm (noon).
Ballots
Ballots will be mailed to all active members, inactive members, and retirees.
