The Pittsfield Retirement Board is seeking proposals from qualified Legal Service firms and/or Attorneys specializing in providing legal services/advice to Massachusetts Public Employee Defined Benefit Plan governed under the provisions of MGL Chapter 32 and Regulations of the Massachusetts Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission 840 CMR.
A request for proposal may be obtained by emailing klancto@cityofpittsfield.org.
Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 PM on June 16, 2025. Late proposals will not be accepted.
The Pittsfield Retirement Board reserves the right to accept any bid/proposal and reject any or all bids/proposals if it shall be deemed in the best interest of the Board to do so.
