In the course of doing its due diligence, the Salem Contributory Retirement Board (“Board”) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals/firms to provide legal services consistent with MGL Chapter 32 and Commonwealth of Massachusetts Regulations 840 CMR - Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission.
The request for proposal will be available on Friday, August 29, 2025. Completed original, hard copies and electronic copies of the RFP must be received no later than 12:00 pm EST on Friday, September 19, 2025. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
