PUBLIC NOTICE - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – LEGAL SERVICES

The Springfield Retirement Board is seeking proposals from qualified Legal Services firms and/or Attorneys specializing in providing legal services/advice to Massachusetts Public Employee Defined Benefit Plans governed under the provisions of MGL Chapter 32 and Regulations of the Massachusetts Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission 840 CMR.

The RFP will be available on July 14, 2025 and may be obtained by emailing sbaltazar@springfieldcityhall.com

Proposal deadline is Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at 12:00 PM EST. Late proposals will not be accepted.

The Springfield Retirement Board reserves the right to cancel or reject any bid/proposal in whole or part or all bids/proposals.
