LEGAL SERVICES
The Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency Employees’ Retirement System is seeking proposals from qualified Legal Services firms and/or Attorneys specializing in providing legal services/advice to Massachusetts Public Employer Defined Benefit Plan governed under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 32 and Regulations of the Massachusetts Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission 840 CMR.
The Board reserves the right to cancel or reject in whole or part any or all proposals in the best interest of the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency Employees’ Retirement System.
