REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO PROVDE LEGAL SERVICES
The West Springfield Retirement Board (Board) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to perform as-needed Legal Services.
The Board oversees the West Springfield Retirement System (System), a Massachusetts
governmental unit which administers the public pensions of over 1,400 members. The Board manages approximately $150 million in assets and employs a staff of two in the West Springfield Municipal Office Building.

Responses to this RFP will be accepted until Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 2:00pm. Late
proposals will not be accepted.
The West Springfield Retirement Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
