Request for Proposals
The Worcester (MA) Retirement Board is seeking proposals from qualified Legal Services firms and/or Attorneys specializing in providing legal services/advice to Massachusetts Public Employee Defined Benefit Plan governed under the provisions of MGL Chapter 32 and Regulations of the Massachusetts Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission 840 CMR.
The Board reserves the right to cancel or reject in whole or part any or all proposals in the best interest of the Worcester Retirement Board

Proposal deadline is Friday October 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM EST. Late proposals will not be accepted.
