MOVA drives public policy and legislative advocacy on both the state and federal levels to promote the rights of crime victims in Massachusetts.
Each legislative session, MOVA promotes a comprehensive legislative package endorsed by the Victim and Witness Assistance Board. This includes legislation filed and supported by MOVA, as well as a collection of bills filed independently related to the promotion and advancement of victim rights in Massachusetts.
